Once your users login, they'll see the Start screen.

Your Start screen shows each course that you've made live.

Each course looks like a smart tv tile - it has an icon, a title, and progress bar.

Courses

You can generate courses instantly with AI from a few words, by upload a document, pasting in some text, or adding some video links. You can also create a new course from scratch.

Each course includes a series of individual activity blocks that unlock horizontally, step-by-step, to reveal videos, flashcards, and interactive puzzles like drag and drop, fill in the blank, etc.

When you generate a course, Quickify creates a course template but you can adjust, move, or add up to 12 activities per course.

Microcourses

Create bite-sized courses that are simple, fun, and effective, and only take 10-20 minutes to complete.

With a list of items and 2 or 3 columns, Classify is a drag and drop activity that encourages users to snap important content into the right category.

Video

Add short YouTube, Vimeo, or hosted video clips with key pieces of information. Don't have video? No problem! You can create fun courses without it.

Sorting

Starting with a simple instruction, Sorting is a tap, drag, and order activity that reinforces processes, procedures, and chain of command information.

Fill in the Blank

Deliver important information with Fill in the Blank, a drag and drop activity that requires reading sentences and confirming the key missing word.

Matching

Understanding corporate terminology is a snap with Matching, a drag and drop activity where users match your keyword to the correct definition.

Conversation

Create a conversation role playing scenario with two characters in specific roles, followed by any activity - True or False, Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blank, etc.

Situation

Create a role playing scenario with a character in any situation followed by an activity - True or False, Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blank, etc.

Menu

Each course has its own Menu that displays progress and badges and includes a library for your important documents, worksheets, surveys, links, and external resources.

Progress

Users see current and saved progress, percentage complete, points, and badges earned.

Badges

Users see a list of all of the achievements they've earned.

Library

Add and categorize your important documents, manuals, website links, videos, etc. for the specific course.

Report an Issue

If your user is having trouble, they can report an issue and we'll investigate.

Settings

Users who would prefer their course without audio can hit the Mute button.

Editing

Easily edit and adjust anything online at any time!

User Management

It's easy to manage your users to stay within your Quickify price plan.

There are 3 types of users - active (blue), archived (red) and administrators (gold).

Deactivate users at any time to stay within the limits of your subscription plan.

Click or tap on an individual Profile name to display:

• User ID
• First and Last Name
• Email address
• Last Login
• Options to deactivate or make the user an administrator

You can review user performance in each course and reset individual user course progress if you'd like them to start a specific course from scratch.
