Your web address looks something like [companyname].quickify.ai
It's unique to you and your company and it's where you log in to create and edit your project.
It's also the same address you'll share with your users.
A user is another creator (administrator) on your team.
Users are also customers, vendors, employees, etc. that use your project.
Each user accesses your web address to create their own account, with any email address, on any device.
When a new account is created, you review and grant permission to each user, or you can set Quickify to let anyone in without approval (e.g. for a marketing campaign).
Enterprise projects can connect via Single Sign-On and custom integration to an existing LMS/ HRIS (optional).
Once your users login, they'll see the Start screen.
Your Start screen shows each course that you've made live.
Each course looks like a smart tv tile - it has an icon, a title, and progress bar.
You can generate courses instantly with AI from a few words, by upload a document, pasting in some text, or adding some video links. You can also create a new course from scratch.
Each course includes a series of individual activity blocks that unlock horizontally, step-by-step, to reveal videos, flashcards, and interactive puzzles like drag and drop, fill in the blank, etc.
When you generate a course, Quickify creates a course template but you can adjust, move, or add up to 12 activities per course.

If your user is having trouble, they can report an issue and we'll investigate.
Users who would prefer their course without audio can hit the Mute button.
